***By booking this property Guest and entire party agree to hold harmless property owners from all damages and injuries arising from or related to Guest's stay at he property.*** This property does back up to the state park and you may rarely have the pleasure of seeing our local Bobcat or black bear, although it has never been a problem for us, leaving food or trash our could draw unwanted visits. There are snakes in the area, again, this has never posed a problem but please do not go off in the woods without having your feet and legs protected. Educating yourself about the state park and the area will not only prepare you on what to be careful about but will enhance your experience in this natural setting. Also note, many people come from all over to bike this mountain, you will see bikers every day of the week and sometimes many of them together. Please drive using extra caution. - We are located in a beautiful wooded surrounding and in the South. Yes, there are bugs. We have regular pest control service in place, and our cleaners pay special attention to areas that might attract bugs. Please note that no refunds or discounts will be provided if one or more bugs are found. One last note, this is a true log cabin and sound carries. Each bedroom has an extra fan in the closets, these are your friend! If the house is missing something you need, feel free to reach out!
